A Tucson native, Joseph started his career with Tucson Electric Power more than 15 years ago. Prior to joining TEP, he worked as a newspaper reporter in Tucson and San Antonio, Texas. He wrote about local communities, crime, courts and real estate. Joseph holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Arizona, where he taught as an adjunct instructor.
